What happens now?

You can refer to us by filling in our simple online form or if you prefer to talk to someone personally please call 01273 418404.

One of our friendly reception team will be more than happy to take your call.

Or please email and Plamena Koutzarova our Practice Manager will be on hand to answer in more detail.

What happens after the referral is sent?

An assessment will take place and a treatment plan will then be in line with the referring dentist requirements.

This will be discussed in full and should the patient wish to proceed the appointments will be booked.

What happens after the treatment?

Patients are expected to continue seeing their regular dentist in order to maintain their oral and dental health.

Boundary Implant centre will liaise with the referring dentist during the treatment until you are discharged back into their care.

Restoring of dental implants

We understand some dentists wish to restore their own crowns over the implant, this is possible and would be discussed at the time of referring.
